An evening of your own

Just your people, your guide and the sky above Fuerteventura. A private night gives you time to share the views and follow the questions that come up along the way. A birthday, a family evening or a little time together: the occasion is yours.

Follow your curiosity

Start with what catches your eye. You might want to recognise a constellation, explore the Moon or find out what that bright point of light really is. Together with your guide, choose where to look around your interests, the season and what is visible that night.

Set your own pace

A question can become a conversation. A favourite view can deserve another look. With the evening reserved for your group, there is room to linger, compare what you see and let everyone find their own way into the sky.

You do not need astronomy knowledge or a list of targets. Bring your questions, or begin by looking up together. There is room for quiet moments beneath the stars, too.

Find your bearings with Cygnus

Follow the lines of Cygnus in this sky, then look for the pattern without them. A few familiar stars can turn an enormous sky into somewhere you know. On your evening, your guide helps you make those connections with the constellations above you.

Take your time at the telescope

Now choose a smaller part of the sky and look closer. Your guide explains what to look for at the eyepiece, then gives you time to find it for yourself. Take turns, describe the detail you noticed and return for another look.

Carry the view back to the sky

The next view follows your group’s interests and the conditions. Between telescope views, step back into the wider sky together. It is a chance to connect a distant object with the small point of light you can see from where you stand.

Plan your evening.

Meet your guide for an evening reserved for your group. Spend longer on the objects you love, ask every question, and make room for a birthday or surprise.

Before you book.

What does the private price include?

The price shown for your chosen departure covers a two-hour evening for your group of up to eight, including your guide and telescope equipment. Prices can vary by date. Transport is not included. We confirm your meeting point, start time and any special arrangements by reply.

What can we personalise?

Tell us who’s coming, what interests you and whether there’s an occasion to celebrate. We can discuss the focus of the evening and select targets around your interests and what’s visible.

Can I plan a surprise?

Mention the occasion and anything you’d like kept a surprise in your enquiry. Share your preferred date and group size so we can discuss the plan.

Can we focus on the Moon or a particular planet?

Tell us your preference when you enquire. Objects aren’t visible every night, so the plan depends on your dates and their position in the sky.

What should I include in my enquiry?

Your dates, group size, children’s ages where relevant, and any access needs. If you have a location in mind, include it so we can discuss whether it suits the evening.

Make it

Have a date in mind? Tell us who’s coming and when you’ll be here. For a surprise or a particular sky wish, add a note. We’ll discuss what’s possible and confirm availability before you book.
